By downloading, installing, or using Sport Court Designer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is available at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
The App offers optional paid upgrades to unlock PRO features. Free users can use core design tools at reduced export resolution.

Prices shown above are in CNY; equivalents in other currencies are set by Apple per App Store pricing tiers in your region.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
Free Trial: A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the subscription fee.
Managing and Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple. We have no ability to refund App Store purchases directly. See: support.apple.com/HT204084.
The App, its design, source code, brand assets, and all associated content are owned by Zhejiang Locvin Technology Co., Ltd. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Designs you create in the App belong to you.
Designs produced with the App are for planning and illustration purposes only. They are not engineering drawings and should not be used as sole basis for construction without verification by qualified professionals. We make no warranty that dimensions, line positions, or material quantities meet any official regulation, industry standard, or local building code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

自动续期：月订与年订将按相同价格自动续期，除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。费用将从您的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
免费试用：新订阅用户可享 7 天免费试用。若未在试用结束前取消，订阅将开始并收取订阅费用。
管理与取消：您可在 Apple 设备的"设置 > [您的姓名] > 订阅"中管理或取消订阅。卸载 App 不会自动取消订阅。
退款：所有退款请求由 Apple 处理，我们无法直接退款。详见：support.apple.com/zh-cn/HT204084。
本 App、其设计、源代码、品牌资产及所有相关内容归浙江久耐科技有限公司所有，受著作权及其他知识产权法律保护。您在 App 内创建的设计归您所有。
使用本 App 生成的设计仅供规划与示意用途，不属于工程图纸，不得作为施工唯一依据，施工前应由具备资质的专业人员核验。我们不保证尺寸、线条位置或材料用量满足任何官方法规、行业标准或当地建筑规范。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对您使用本 App 造成的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。
对于我们认为违反本条款或对其他用户或第三方造成损害的行为，我们可在任何时候终止或暂停您对本 App 的访问，恕不另行通知。
我们可随时修改本条款。变更后继续使用本 App 即视为接受更新后的条款。
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不适用冲突法规则。
