Free Sample (key)
Reputable makers all support free samples — a key way to tell real factories apart. With a sample, test: bend (virgin: 10+ unbroken), burn (virgin: blue flame + paraffin smell + no black smoke), weight consistency. Makers unwilling to send samples generally have problems.
On-Site Installation
Installation is key to delivery quality: base check → color planning → center-out laying → expansion gaps → line marking → edge finishing. The most common failure is expansion gaps — 90% of summer buckling comes from insufficient gaps. Detailed installation and acceptance steps are available on request.

After-sales: same-model spare supply within warranty, 48h response, single-tile replacement for local damage. Proper maintenance can extend the 8-year warranty to 10-15 years of real use.
FAQ
Do I need professional installers?
Factory crews or factory-trained dealer crews are recommended. Despite the simple locks, expansion gaps, laying direction, line alignment and edging all have details outsiders miss.
Can I lay over an old silicon-PU court?
Yes, if the old surface is flat with no large bubbling/delamination. Otherwise repair the base first. We have a standard silicon-PU resurfacing plan.
Can you install in winter?
PP install temperature is 5-40°C. Below 0°C is not recommended (lock brittleness risk). Northern winter projects are best in spring or autumn.
How soon can it be used after install?
No glue cure period — usable immediately after completion. We suggest 24h of light use to let tiles adapt to temperature.
How is installation priced?
Industry norm 20-40 RMB/㎡ (labor + simple tools). Small courts (<200㎡) often a flat 2,000-5,000 RMB. Complex patterns/lines priced by area + complexity factor.
